Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

-Due to the specialist and sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
-Refunds or replacements will only be considered where an item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Any such claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.
-Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
